I honestly cannot recommend 2020 Hearing Ltd enough. I called and was seen as an emergency on the same day, and had a build up of hard wax in both ears. Olivia in reception was great, and Chris was just brilliant, explaining everything to me in detail, but also in plain English. I needed to use some sodium bicarbonate drops to soften the wax, and was to return the following week for removal, however, I started to have pain in my ear during the week. Emailed Chris who saw me and said that was an infection starting. Saw him again on Friday as had got much worse and diagnosed an infection, and to call my GP. A course of antibiotics and a spray was prescribed and this meant the wax could not be removed. Visited Chris again and was then cleared out. As with everything at 2020 Hearing Ltd, they could not do enough to explain and reassure me. The wax removal was painless and easy once the infection had cleared up and Chris was able to complete it in 2 visits. Thanks to all, and your expertise and care are much appreciated and so glad I found you. Superb service and would definitely pay a visit if you are having ant issues with your hearing/ears.

Incredibly friendly staff, they are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The optometrist explained how my issue had arisen and after cleaning and sorting it, he advised me of ways to avoid the issue in the future. I would reccomend to anyone as they were very accommodating

Such amazing service and wonderful staff! Would highly recommend 2020 Hearing for micro suction ear wax removal I've always had a problem with ear wax build up, as I have narrow ear canals and was a little apprehensive after having my ears unsuccessfully irrigated/syringed with water a few years ago at other clinics but reached a point where the ringing and discomfort in my ears became very hard to deal with - Chris was very professional, friendly and made me feel super at ease and talked me through the whole procedure I needed a couple of appointments but that was expected due to the build up, the appointments themselves were booked very quickly and after using sodium bicarbonate drops before both appointments, the wax was removed with no issues, the process is painless and miles better than the water irrigation/syringing I had experienced before, my hearing is so much better now and I will definitely be going back regularly to keep an eye on the build up
